Street Vendor Registration submittal portal

Use the file upload tool below to submit a Street Vendor Registration digitally. Please note the following.

  1. Application submittal and payment is all-digital and paper-free. Please do not deliver materials via mail or attempt to pay by check. These will not be processed or returned. 
  2. For Street Vendor Registrations submit the following using the upload portal below:
    1. Signed Street Vendor Registration form;
    2. Copy of recent (past 12 months) Durham County Health Department inspection; and 
    3. Copy of fee payment confirmation.
  3. Refer to the fee schedule for further instructions on making payments to the payment portal.
